Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel – First Floor Remodel
This renovation project at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in Morton, MN, revitalized 46 hotel rooms on the first floor. The upgrades included modern fixtures, renovated restrooms, custom millwork, improved HVAC systems, and fresh finishes such as new carpet and paint.
Lower Sioux Health Care Center
Loeffler Construction provided General Contracting services for the 11,600-square-foot health care facility serving the Lower Sioux Indian Community. Recognizing the community’s need for expanded health services, Loeffler partnered with the architect and owner to deliver a high-quality, functional, and energy-efficient building designed to serve generations to come.
Shooting Star Casino - Mahnomen Area 5 Remodel
Loeffler Construction partnered with Full Circle Indigenous Planning and Firm Ground Architects and Designers on a Design-Build project to deliver extensive updates to the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, Minnesota..The project included a new main entrance, an office addition to support team growth, updates to existing restrooms, and construction of additional restrooms.
Lakeville Liquors Keokuk
Loeffler Construction served as Construction Manager as Adviser for the City of Lakeville’s fourth municipal liquor store. As the largest and most profitable municipal operation in Minnesota, Lakeville Liquors has been serving the community since 1934. This new facility reflects both its growth and commitment to residents.
Mino Oski Ain Dah Yung
Loeffler Construction served as General Contractor for the Mino Oski Ain Dah Yung Supportive Housing Project. Developed in partnership between the Ain Dah Yung Center and Project for Pride in Living, this four-story, 50,000 SF project aims to help young adults reconnect with their culture and learn to live independently.
UMN Minneapolis Campus Roof Replacements 2021
This project consisted of four roof replacements across the University of Minnesota campus, including Ted Mann Concert Hall, the Children’s Rehabilitation Center, the Variety Club Research Center, and Ferguson Hall.
International Market Square Renovation
Loeffler Construction provided general contracting services to Eagle Ridge Partners for renovations to International Market Square in Minneapolis, MN. This phased project consisted of interior renovations of five multi-tenant floors that included new restrooms, hospitality areas, walls, floors, ceilings, and upgraded LED lighting.
Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge Education Center Renovation & Addition
Located near MSP Airport, this project included a 1,700-square-foot addition, renovations across more than eight areas, and extensive roofing and building envelope replacements throughout the existing facility.
UMN Murphy Hall Office & Lab Renovation
The Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication (HSJMC) office and lab remodel involved the renovation of nearly 9,000 square feet of existing media labs, library, and small group spaces in the lower level of the University of Minnesota’s Murphy Hall.
Jackpot Junction Casino Expansion
Loeffler Construction provided general contracting services for the re-purposing of the existing Portside and Classic Casinos at Jackpot Junction Casino in Morton, MN. The addition was built to replace the existing Skyline Casino and Bingo Hall, including the supporting back of house areas and commercial kitchen spaces.
LSIC Hemp Campus
Loeffler Construction served as the design-builder for this innovative hemp processing facility, developed to create jobs and expand housing opportunities for the Lower Sioux Indian Community. The project reflects the community’s vision of using sustainable solutions to support economic growth and housing needs.
Anishinabe III
Loeffler Construction served as general contractor on the Anishinabe III affordable housing complex, partnering with Project for Pride in Living, AIDCDC, and DSGW. This project was a transformative 4-story, 42-unit supportive housing addition.
Anishinabe Bii Gii Wiin
The Anishinabe Wakiagun Building, affordable housing for Native Americans in Minneapolis, was expanded in 2016 through the Bii Gii Wiin project, adding 32 units and shared amenities to support community and stability.
Dual Citizen Brewing Company
After purchasing a 30,000-square-foot warehouse, Dual Citizen Brewing Company (DCBC) partnered with Loeffler Construction to transform the space into a state-of-the-art production facility. Designed for 6,000 barrels of annual production, the facility features cutting-edge brewing equipment and systems that reflect DCBC’s vision for growth and innovation.
Windermere Park
The addition of Windermere Park, located in Shakopee, MN, is part of the city’s plan to ensure residents have access to parks, trails, or greenways within a 10-minute walk. The park is designed to highlight the area’s natural features, which include hilly terrain, dense tree coverage, and scenic views of the Minnesota River Valley.
Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department
This 25,000-square-foot interior renovation created a centralized Office and Human Services Hub for Hennepin County in downtown Minneapolis. Designed as a welcoming environment for prospective clients, the facility provides access to a full range of financial, social, and public health services.
Hennepin County Conciliation Courts Relocation
Loeffler served as the General Contractor for the Hennepin County Conciliation Courts Remodel. This project involved remodeling two courtrooms and one office space, each located on different floors, requiring careful coordination.
Ritter Farm Park – Ed Mako Environmental Learning Center
Over the course of a year, Loeffler collaborated with consultants to design building schematics and thoughtfully select interior and exterior features that honor the site’s history while preparing it for future use. The project also included demolition of a deteriorating historic house, site restoration, and trail improvements within the surrounding park system.
Aldrich Arena Renovation
This project addressed key maintenance, life safety, and energy efficiency upgrades across the arena campus. Life safety improvements included a fire suppression retrofit, new fire alarm systems, and replacement of outdated electrical service and panels. Energy efficiency was enhanced through LED lighting upgrades throughout the building and parking areas.
UMN Public Safety Facility Renovation and Addition
Loeffler provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the Expansion and Renovation of the University of Minnesota’s Transportation and Public Safety Facility located on Washington Avenue. The project consolidated under one roof all public safety divisions on the Minneapolis campus, including the Police Department, University Security, and the Public Safety Emergency Communications Center (PSECC).
