Creating a More Welcoming Visitor Experience

Located near MSP Airport, this project included a 1,700-square-foot addition, renovations across more than eight areas, and extensive roofing and building envelope replacements throughout the existing facility.

The improvements created enhanced learning environments for Fish and Wildlife programs, upgraded locker rooms, refreshed museum exhibits, and modernized office and conference spaces. Despite challenges with price escalation and long lead times, Loeffler identified economies of scale that allowed additional scope improvements to be incorporated within the project budget.
