We owe our success to the populations we serve and are committed to paying it forward. It starts with the work we do alongside clients whose construction endeavors have a lasting impact on the way people live, work, worship, gather, play, and heal and trickles out beyond project completion.
Through volunteer hours, donations of dollars and equipment, and partnerships with organizations that share our values, we support the communities we’re privileged to serve.
Building purpose through community involvement
As we grow, so does our involvement. To ensure our efforts remain authentic to our legacy of Integrity Built, we focus our efforts on four areas.
How we show our support
Invest in education
Through scholarships, supply donations and classroom engagements, we invest in young people who represent the future of construction. We’re especially committed to the education of those who are currently underrepresented in the industry.
Make a local impact
Our efforts remain rooted in the places we build even after construction is complete. This includes sponsoring affordable housing initiatives, reducing food insecurity for area students and coordinating trash cleanup in our neighborhoods.
Foster industry inclusivity
Honoring our history as a woman- and Native-owned organization, we remain committed to working with women- and minority-led businesses. Through these partnerships and investments in emerging construction talent we aim to help our industry become more representative of the communities we serve.
Cultivate a culture of generosity
Giving our team the space to be generous with their time and resources, we carve out opportunities for everyone to do right by their neighbors. Employees participate in volunteer events, bring their experience into classrooms and introduce potential sponsorships that align with our values.
