UMN Betty’s Apple House
Betty’s Apple House will open in 2027 as a vibrant, welcoming destination that remains free to the public. The new facility will expand offerings with University-made ice cream, local CFANS products, and engaging exhibits that share the science and history of fruit breeding, including the beloved Honeycrisp.
UMN Hasselmo and McNeal Hall Roof Replacements
Loeffler served as General Contractor for the reroofing of Hasselmo Hall and McNeal Hall, two active academic facilities in the heart of busy campus districts. With pedestrian access and critical infrastructure on all sides, our team carefully planned and executed logistics to keep the buildings safe, accessible, and fully operational throughout construction.
CAPI Immigrant Opportunity Center
Loeffler Construction is serving as Construction Manager for the addition and renovation of the CAPI Immigrant Opportunity Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Construction began in September of 2025.
UMN Minnesota Landscape Arboretum New Entrance
This transformative project enhances the visitor experience at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum by relocating the main entrance to the intersection of Highway 5 and Minnewashta Parkway, creating a safer, faster, and more intuitive arrival for guests.
Frandsen Bank - Rosemount Branch
Loeffler Construction provided general contracting services for the renovation of Frandsen Bank in Rosemount, MN. In partnership with Mohagen Hansen, the project reconfigured and updated the office to create a more modern and welcoming space.
Red Lake Nation College
The Red Lake Nation College-Minneapolis site is a cutting-edge higher educational institution, featuring training spaces, classrooms, student services, office space, and a rooftop student area. Standing as the first Tribal College within an urban center, the facility repurposes three 120-year-old buildings.
Battle Creek Winter Recreation Area
The Loeffler team served as the Design-Builder for the Battle Creek Winter Recreation project for Ramsey County’s Parks and Recreation Department. The design process included input from county staff, park users, and operators of similar snowmaking systems in the Midwest, to ensure the final design best met the needs of the community. Key upgrades included adding snow making to the park, an LED lighting upgrade, improvements to park access, and the addition of a maintenance and operations building.
Confidential Secure Facility Exterior Improvements
This comprehensive building envelope improvement project included the full removal of an existing ballasted roofing system and installation of new Hydrotech and fully adhered EPDM roofing across approximately 180,000 square feet. The work was executed by multiple roofing crews and supported by the strategic use of tower and mobile cranes to manage materials and maintain progress across the large footprint efficiently.
Mercy Road Church
Loeffler is proud to have partnered with Mercy Road Church at the Crossroads on a transformative renovation that is now complete. The refreshed lobby creates a bright, welcoming arrival experience that reflects the church’s commitment to community and connection.
Antlers Park Redevelopment
Backed by the 2021 Park Bond Referendum, the Antlers Park redevelopment transformed one of Lakeville’s most popular community destinations. Improvements included expanded parking to handle peak season crowds, a new central pavilion with modern restrooms and meeting rooms, an outdoor restaurant, a community fire pit, and multiple picnic shelters and shade structures.
Highview Elementary School
Highview Elementary is the newest school in Lakeville Area Schools, built to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community. Enrollment growth and new housing developments made this site the ideal location for a new facility.
Minneapolis American Indian Center
Loeffler Construction Served as Construction Manager at Risk for the Minneapolis American Indian Center. Designed by Full Circle Indigenous Planning & Design and Cuningham, the facility features expanded public meeting spaces, a brand new fitness center, a community cafe and kitchen, an expanded art gallery, and floor plans emphasizing the importance of youth and elders to the center’s programming.
Lake Point Condos Parking Garage
Loeffler Construction is serving as general contractor at Lake Point Condos for ongoing repairs to their underground parking garage. The garage needed structural concrete repairs, reinforcing steel throughout, and modifications to the mechanical system that serviced the garage space.
Post Consumer Brands Interior Refresh
This project, located at the Post Consumer Brands facility in Lakeville, MN, involved the revitalization and enhancement of the common areas in both the East and West buildings, with a primary focus on the cafeteria and café areas.
UMN Residence Hall Safety Improvements
Loeffler served as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the University of Minnesota’s residence hall security improvement program, a multi-site project spanning seven halls across the Minneapolis campus. Scheduled during the summer of 2025, the upgrades were carefully planned to strengthen student safety while maintaining accessibility and welcoming campus environments.
Prairie Pointe Affordable Housing
Loeffler Construction served as the general contractor for the Prairie Pointe Affordable Housing Development, working closely with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative on this 42-unit affordable housing facility.
Lakeville Area Schools Blanchard Aquatic Center
The addition features an eight-lane, 25-yard competition pool, a diving well with three boards, and supporting spaces. The first floor includes the competition pool, diving well, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a pool office, and a multipurpose classroom. The second floor offers seating for 468 spectators, concessions, and additional restrooms.
Mino-bimaadiziwin
Mino-bimaadiziwin, developed by the Red Lake Band of Chippewa in Minneapolis, provides 110 affordable housing units alongside a health clinic and Urban Embassy, creating a community hub.
Artspace Hastings River Lofts
Artspace Hastings River Lofts is a 49,000 SF mixed-use development located along the Mississippi River in downtown Hastings. The project features 37 affordable apartments designed specifically for aspiring artists, offering a place to both live and create.
Apache Casino Event Center
The Apache Event Center was constructed as a destination venue designed as a multi-functional event space ideal for weddings, conferences, banquets and more! This project also relocated previously displaced operations personnel back into the main building. In total, the project consisted of an event center, facilities management offices and technical work areas, business operations offices and training spaces, a large break room and kitchen servery for events.
