Building Creativity for Students

Highview Elementary is the newest school in Lakeville Area Schools, built to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community. Enrollment growth and new housing developments made this site the ideal location for a new facility.

The 100,000-square-foot school accommodates five sections of kindergarten and first grade, four sections of second through fifth grade, four center-based special education classrooms, and dedicated spaces for music, STEM, physical education, and art. A multi-layered security system was also incorporated to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Serving as Construction Manager as Adviser (CMa), Loeffler partnered with the district from the earliest planning stages. Our team supported the referendum effort, guided preconstruction and cost estimating, led the public bidding process, and provided full construction-phase management, ensuring the district’s goals were met with accuracy, transparency, and integrity.
