Building Creativity for Students

To support the District’s growing student population, Loeffler partnered with the District and design team to deliver two building additions totaling 15,000 square feet. Each structure was carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the existing elementary school, maintaining architectural consistency while expanding the school’s capacity and functionality.

The new spaces include additional classrooms, a Kids Zone, special education areas, student and faculty restrooms, and new conference rooms. Interior finishes were upgraded to meet the District’s latest design standards, creating a cohesive and modern learning environment.

Loeffler developed a detailed CPM schedule to guide the project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring the District’s completion goals were met. The plan accounted for long-lead materials, public bid requirements, and seasonal construction challenges. Working closely with the design team and city officials, Loeffler also coordinated the conditional use permit process to keep the project on track for a timely and successful completion.
