A brief history of Loeffler
It all started in a basement in Lakeville, Minnesota, in the midst of a recession. In the years that followed, Loeffler Construction quickly grew to become a trusted building partner with more than half a billion project dollars under our belt.

Founders Doug and Tammy Loeffler launch Loeffler Construction & Consulting out of their basement.

In a year of wins, we secure University of Minnesota as a client as well as a contract to take on a large data center project.

Expansion into multifamily housing, casinos and education with major projects across the Midwest.

Founder Tammy Loeffler retires while maintaining majority ownership of the firm.

Our consulting team launches an independent firm under the name Rockwise Strategies, expanding service to our clients.
