Zack O’Grady
Director of Project Management
Zack has nearly 20 years of construction management experience completing both new construction and renovation projects in a variety of sectors including commercial, higher education, multi-family, worship, office and warehouse, residential, and specialty subcontracting. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management and then furthered his education at Concordia University by achieving a Master of Business Administration. From beginning his career as a trim/specialty carpenter to working on skyscrapers across the country, Zack has grown up within the industry and has developed the technical skills, knowledge base, and expertise to deliver successful projects and positive project experiences for his clients.
Since joining the Loeffler team in 2023, he has grown with the company, becoming the Director of Project Management and is an active member of the leadership team. His extensive education and experience allow him to advise on all projects and support our project management team. Zack is also involved with numerous organizations including MSA, MCA, and the AGC of Minnesota, where he was on the Board of Directors as well as the Leadership Blueprint Council.
In his free time, you can find Zack spending time with his wife and two children or pursuing one of his many outdoor hobbies. His passions include golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, snowboarding, or any other kind of sport where he can stay active.
