Conrad Hoag

Conrad is a steadfast leader whose dedication is shown in every project he undertakes. With more than 20 years of experience delivering projects of all sizes, he has earned the respect of clients, trade partners, and colleagues through his hardworking nature and commitment to excellence. As General Superintendent and a key member of our leadership team, Conrad ensures that schedules and productivity are maintained without compromising quality.  Known for his “fix any problem” approach, Conrad leads by example, holding himself and his team to high standards while maintaining collaboration and accountability.  His straightforward, honest communication helps clients make well-informed decisions, and his strong work ethic sets the toe for every project.

Conrad holds a B.S. in Education from North Dakota State University. In his free time, Conrad enjoys hunting and boating with his family.
