Doug has a passion for the built environment. He has built a company and a leadership team that implements integrity and customer-first principles on all our projects.
Doug's impressive career spans over 35 years in commercial construction, and he has been fortunate to build in nearly all market segments. His experience and dedication have led to the successful completion of over a billion dollars’ worth of projects, consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Doug's passion is evident in every project, seeking to achieve excellence.
Doug is currently the CEO and co-owner of the company and is active on the leadership team. His experience allows him to positively impact the outcome of each project, setting the bar high to ensure that Loeffler Construction consistently exceeds clients' expectations.
Outside of Construction, Doug is a spectator and fan of IndyCar racing and is an active tennis player who will also join his wife of 33 years, Tammy, on the pickleball court. Doug and Tammy enjoy hiking, boating, traveling, and their two Morkies, Buddy and Brady!
Doug’s goal is to teach the passion for the building process to as many as possible for the future of the industry.
