Will Forbord
Vice President
Since joining Loeffler Construction in 2012, Will has grown into a key leader of the estimating team and an active member of the company’s leadership team. He is known for his ability to translate client goals into reliable estimates that help them make confident, informed decisions.
Will’s construction career began in college, working with a subcontractor during school breaks. That early experience sparked a passion for supporting field teams and making sure they have the resources to deliver quality work. Over the years, he has contributed to a wide range of project types across all of Loeffler’s market sectors, building both technical expertise and a strong client-focused approach.
He holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Minnesota Duluth, one in Geography and the other in Urban & Regional Studies, as well as an associate degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating from Dunwoody College of Technology.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, being outdoors—especially at the lake—and playing and coaching hockey.
