Building Creativity for Students

As enrollment continued to rise across the district, the need for additional classroom space became clear. Loeffler partnered with the District and design team to deliver a 15,500-square-foot addition that expands the school’s capacity with ten new classrooms and two small group learning areas, all designed to blend seamlessly into the existing building and align with the District’s new interior standards.

From the earliest planning stages, Loeffler took a proactive approach to keep the project on time and within budget. Our team developed a comprehensive schedule that anticipated every step, from winter start conditions and public procurement requirements to permitting and long-lead materials. Through close coordination with the architect and city officials, the team navigated a conditional use permit and guided the project through planning and city council approvals.

Regular budget updates throughout design ensured transparency and accountability, allowing the District to make informed decisions while maintaining their financial goals. The result is a cohesive, modern learning environment that supports both current needs and future growth.
