This comprehensive building envelope improvement project included the full removal of an existing ballasted roofing system and installation of new Hydrotech and fully adhered EPDM roofing across approximately 180,000 square feet. The work was executed by multiple roofing crews and supported by the strategic use of tower and mobile cranes to manage materials and maintain progress across the large footprint efficiently.
Beyond the roofing scope, Loeffler supported a wide range of exterior building enhancements to extend the facility’s service life and improve overall performance. Work included curtain wall gasket and sealant repairs, masonry restoration, installation of architectural louvers, and replacement of doors, patios, and railings. These improvements were coordinated throughout a multi-story, occupied facility, requiring careful planning, sequencing, and communication to minimize disruption while maintaining safety and quality.
