Building Environments for New Opportunities

Loeffler Construction is serving as Construction Manager for the addition and renovation of the CAPI Immigrant Opportunity Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Construction began in September 2025.

Once complete, the facility will serve more than 12,000 under-resourced immigrants in the Twin Cities metro area by providing access to food, community health programs, senior services, benefits assistance, and more. The expanded space will feature a larger food shelf, technology hub, collaborative offices, flexible gathering spaces, and a community garden—designed to empower individuals and families on their path to stability and success.
