Building Spaces for Communities to Thrive

Loeffler Construction served as the general contractor for the Prairie Pointe Affordable Housing development, collaborating with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative on this 42-unit project. The complex features one- to four-bedroom apartments, green spaces, a children’s play area, and a community garden. Its design includes a sloped roof and high-quality brick, siding, and window materials for durability and aesthetic appeal.

With a tight schedule and compact job site, Loeffler collaborated with the owner and trade partners to avoid delays and maintain progress. This ground-up development provides long-term housing stability and support for community members in need.

Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative is a non-profit organization that advocates for secure and affordable housing as a pathway to safer, stronger communities. By raising funds to create new apartment homes paired with supportive services, Beacon helps ensure residents have not only housing but also the resources they need to thrive.
