Ryan Villigan
Superintendent
Ryan began his career in the construction industry in 2005 as an apprentice carpenter with a union commercial framing and drywall contractor. Over the next 12 years, he honed his craft in the field before stepping into a leadership role as an Assistant Superintendent in 2017. Not long after, he advanced to Superintendent—a role that aligns with his passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Ryan is driven by the satisfaction of watching a project evolve from a set of drawings into a completed building. He takes pride in turning a client’s vision into reality and thrives on the challenges each project brings.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending his time on the golf course, shooting clays, and pheasant hunting.
