Artspace Hastings River Lofts is a 49,000 SF mixed-use development located along the Mississippi River in downtown Hastings. The project features 37 affordable apartments designed specifically for aspiring artists, offering a place to both live and create.
The three-story building combines residential, artistic, and commercial uses. The upper two levels are dedicated to apartments, while the first floor includes additional residential units, an art gallery, lobby space, and three for-lease retail spaces. This blend of uses brings vibrancy to the Hastings riverfront and supports a growing creative community.
Finishes throughout the building were selected to balance durability with artistic character, reflecting the needs and style of the residents. A landscaped courtyard with terraced seating and green space provides an inviting setting for socializing, relaxing, and working outdoors.
