Refreshing Spaces for Hospitality Destinations

The Apache Event Center was constructed as a destination venue designed as a multi-functional event space ideal for weddings, conferences, banquets and more! This project also relocated previously displaced operations personnel back into the main building. In total, the project consisted of an event center, facilities management offices and technical work areas, business operations offices and training spaces, a large break room and kitchen servery for events.

The phased construction started with an interior remodel and followed with structural additions to the existing occupied building. Dust control, sound management, labor routing, and access were carefully planned and coordinated for each of the multiple phases to ensure minimal impact on the owner’s ongoing operations, as well as protecting the casino guests and ensuring their experience was not hindered in any way.

The project incorporated specialized products and high-end finishes, many with long lead times. We scrutinized our schedule and updated it regularly to ensure that the materials specified for the project arrived on-site as required, since replacement of materials was not feasible with the fast-paced schedule.
