Strengthening Safety for Students and Staff

The Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication (HSJMC) office and lab remodel involved the renovation of nearly 9,000 square feet of existing media labs, library, and small group spaces in the lower level of the University of Minnesota’s Murphy Hall. The remodel's design was heavily focused on issues of spatial organization, technology, circulation, and accessibility.

Serving as the Construction Manager at Risk, the team worked closely with the University and Design teams during preconstruction as the design was finalized.
