John brings 17 years of experience in the construction industry, with deep expertise in project planning and the technical skills to manage day-to-day activities and subcontractor coordination. His leadership ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget. John began his career early, working for a bridge construction contractor after high school, and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Known for his hard work, enthusiasm, and loyalty, John values the simple things in life—family, friends, and the outdoors. He lives by the motto, “A true genius knows how to work hard when it is time to work, play hard when it is time to play, and knows the difference between the two.
