Strengthening a Vital Campus Connection

This project consisted of four roof replacements across the University of Minnesota campus, including Ted Mann Concert Hall, the Children’s Rehabilitation Center, the Variety Club Research Center, and Ferguson Hall.

Each building was delivered under a separate contract, with unique scheduling requirements, materials, logistics plans, and stakeholder coordination. To meet the University’s preferred timeline, the work was strategically sequenced and executed using two dedicated roofing crews, allowing all four projects to be completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
