After purchasing a 30,000-square-foot warehouse, Dual Citizen Brewing Company (DCBC) partnered with Loeffler Construction & Consulting to transform the space into a state-of-the-art production facility. Designed for 6,000 barrels of annual production, the facility features cutting-edge brewing equipment and systems that reflect DCBC’s vision for growth and innovation.
To meet an accelerated brewing schedule and address deferred maintenance such as parking lot and exterior upgrades, Loeffler led the project through a design-build delivery approach. This method streamlined procurement, maintained budget alignment, and tailored design solutions to exceed client expectations—all while ensuring DCBC could begin operations on schedule.
