Designed for Service, Built for Community
This 25,000-square-foot interior renovation created a centralized Office and Human Services Hub for Hennepin County in downtown Minneapolis. Designed as a welcoming environment for prospective clients, the facility provides access to a full range of financial, social, and public health services. The project also included space for a day care center and a WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Nutrition Program office.
A unique aspect of the renovation involved resolving existing code issues, including fire wall ratings, door hardware, and fixtures. Loeffler Construction worked closely with Hennepin County staff and vendors to maintain clear communication, ensuring a seamless project delivery and a space that reflects the County’s commitment to community service.
