Building Spaces for Communities to Thrive
Loeffler Construction provided General Contracting services for the 11,600-square-foot health care facility serving the Lower Sioux Indian Community. Recognizing the community’s need for expanded health services, Loeffler partnered with the architect and owner to deliver a high-quality, functional, and energy-efficient building designed to serve generations to come.
The facility exceeds Minnesota building code requirements for energy efficiency and includes full dental and optical care suites, nine general exam rooms, a procedure room, a pharmacy, and an X-ray room. Thoughtfully designed and constructed, the clinic enhances access to critical health care while reflecting the community’s long-term vision for growth and well-being.
