Rebuilding a Central Campus Corridor

This project required innovative solutions to maintain safety and minimize disruption while working over an active highway. Loeffler and its dedicated trade partners designed and installed a complex scaffolding system that spanned Trunk Highway 5, supported by carefully coordinated night lane shifts to protect both crews and the traveling public.

With this system in place, exterior sandblasting and painting were completed efficiently while interior areas received upgrades to address water infiltration, mechanical systems, and finish improvements. Advanced planning and collaboration kept the project moving smoothly and allowed it to finish ahead of schedule.
