Building Environments for New Opportunities

Majestic Hills Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides reputable, safe, and enjoyable therapeutic riding to children, young adults, and veterans with special needs. The 105-acre ranch includes two outdoor riding arenas and a 12-stall stable. 

During the summer of 2018, Loeffler Construction provided services to add an indoor riding arena to help Majestic Hills Ranch serve its client base 365 days a year. The 22,000 SF building includes a 20,000 SF riding arena and 1,800 SF office and waiting area. The building is fully code compliant and includes handicap parking immediately adjacent to the riding facility.

This comprehensive building envelope improvement project included the full removal of an existing ballasted roofing system and installation of new Hydrotech and fully adhered EPDM roofing across approximately 180,000 square feet. The work was executed by multiple roofing crews and supported by the strategic use of tower and mobile cranes to manage materials and maintain progress across the large footprint efficiently.
