Trillium Woods, a LifeCare CCRC retirement community for adults age 62 and older, was developed on a 46-acre site surrounded by woodlands, wetlands, lakes, and golf course views. Loeffler Construction partnered with The Weitz Company as General Contractor to bring this vision to life, delivering a community that combines high-quality living with long-term care and support.
The campus offers 14 residential floor plans across 195 semi-custom apartments, as well as 22 assisted living units, 45 skilled care units, 15 memory care units, and 14 garden homes. Residents enjoy key amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness areas for aerobics and strength training, a library, auditorium, and multiple dining venues, all designed to promote health, connection, and enrichment.
At the time of its completion, it was one of the few LEED-certified retirement communities in the Twin Cities, setting a new standard for sustainable senior living.
