Kurtis’s problem-solving nature has earned him the respect of everyone he works with. Known for his ability to dig into plans and specifications, he helps trade partners navigate the construction process with confidence and efficiency. As Safety Director and Senior Superintendent, Kurtis leads Loeffler’s safety program, ensuring that safety standards are upheld and consistently exceeded on every job site.
With more than 16 years of construction experience, he has developed extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential projects, with a strong emphasis on safety. His expertise gives him a clear understanding of the ever-changing conditions on project sites and how to plan proactively for safe operations. He works closely with consultants and trade partners to develop Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for critical construction tasks on a daily basis.
Outside of work, Kurtis enjoys four-wheeling, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
