Loeffler Construction managed the replacement of the existing stadium turf at Lakeville North High School and the addition of two new dome-ready practice fields at both North and South High Schools.

At Lakeville North High School, work included removing the existing turf, preparing and replacing the subgrade, and installing a new synthetic turf system. To minimize impacts on student-athlete scheduling, this portion of the project was fast-tracked and completed in just two weeks.

The new practice fields at North and South were designed to accommodate multiple sports, including football, soccer, and lacrosse. Each field was constructed with infrastructure to support seasonal dome coverage, aligning with the District’s long-term goal of maximizing year-round use.

The addition features an eight-lane, 25-yard competition pool, a diving well with three boards, and supporting spaces. The first floor includes the competition pool, diving well, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a pool office, and a multipurpose classroom. The second floor offers seating for 468 spectators, concessions, and additional restrooms.

To support the District’s growing student population, Loeffler partnered with the District and design team to deliver two building additions totaling 15,000 square feet. Each structure was carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the existing elementary school, maintaining architectural consistency while expanding the school’s capacity and functionality.
