Shooting Star Casino - Bagley
Loeffler served as general contractor for the new construction of a 21,000 SF satellite casino for the White Earth Nation. The project contains 12,000 SF of gaming floor and restaurant space with amazing glulams and high-end finishes.
Trillium Woods Senior Living
Loeffler Construction partnered with The Weitz Company as General Contractor to bring this vision to life, delivering a community that combines high-quality living with long-term care and support.
Majestic Hills Ranch
Majestic Hills Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides reputable, safe, and enjoyable therapeutic riding to children, young adults, and veterans with special needs. Loeffler Construction provided general contracting services to add an indoor riding arena to help Majestic Hills Ranch serve its client base 365 days a year. The 22,000 SF building includes a 20,000 SF riding arena and 1,800 SF office and waiting area.
Nico Products Loading Dock Relocation
Due to the expansion of I-35W, the loading docks at the Nico Products facility needed to be relocated to a different area of the building. Nico Products, a family-owned metal plating and finishing company, required that plant operations remain fully active throughout construction.
Hennepin County JDC Medical Suite
This project renovated 4,200 square feet of medical suite space on the first and fourth floors of the Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center. The completed work created new office space, lab areas, exam rooms, and intake areas within the secure facility.
