Building Creativity for Students

Loeffler Construction served as Construction Manager Adviser to the Lakeville Area School District for the John F. Kennedy Elementary classroom addition. The 8,700-square-foot expansion created four new classrooms and four flexible collaboration spaces to support the District’s growing enrollment. Designed to accommodate 120 additional students, the new addition provides modern learning environments that enhance both instruction and student engagement.

In addition to the classroom expansion, the project incorporated a storm shelter design and significant MEP upgrades to improve safety and efficiency throughout the building. Exterior improvements included parking lot replacements and site upgrades to better support daily operations and accessibility.

During construction, Loeffler collaborated closely with the design and ownership teams to maintain an aggressive eight-month schedule, ultimately completing the project on time and under budget.
