Refreshing Environments for Continued Success

Loeffler Construction reconstructed the parking lot at Post Consumer Brands in Lakeville, MN. This builds upon the replacement of the south section of the same parking lot that we managed in 2019. 

The project included the removal of existing pavement, base, and sub-base material, the installation of a stabilizing geotextile fabric, a new sand sub-base, class 5 gravel, and paving the top with a highly durable, long-lasting asphalt mix. This project required correcting the existing soil conditions to provide a quality parking lot for years to come.

This comprehensive building envelope improvement project included the full removal of an existing ballasted roofing system and installation of new Hydrotech and fully adhered EPDM roofing across approximately 180,000 square feet. The work was executed by multiple roofing crews and supported by the strategic use of tower and mobile cranes to manage materials and maintain progress across the large footprint efficiently.
