Sam Prescher
Superintendent
Sam brings more than 20 years of construction experience to every project he leads. His career spans educational facilities, county infrastructure, correctional institutions, and mission-critical builds, giving him a deep understanding of the unique demands each project type presents. Sam’s strength is in bridging the gap between design intent and field execution — he advocates for constructability early and ensures that what’s planned on paper works in the real world.
His hands-on approach and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for maintaining schedule and budget without compromising quality or safety. Sam is especially skilled at managing construction in occupied and operational environments, where coordination, communication, and risk management are essential to keeping facilities running while work is underway.
Sam lives in Lakeville with the love of his life, Briana, and their three dogs — two of which are tripods who remind him daily that resilience and adaptability go a long way. He’s a proud father of three sons and enjoys fishing, hunting, and catching sporting events with them. When he’s not on-site or with family, you’ll find him heading north to Lake Superior to paint on the beach and hunt for agates.
