Michelle brings both knowledge and skill to her role, helping to keep projects running smoothly by tackling a wide range of reasonability's with care and attention. She is known for being dependable, hardworking, and always ready to support her team.
Before joining Loeffler, Michelle spent 14 years with Gilbane Building Company in Milwaukee , gaining experience in accounting and human resources. At Loeffler, she manages EEO reporting across all projects, helps lead the charge on our Supplier Inclusion efforts, and contributes in many ways as our project coordinator.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys motorcycle rides, traveling and spending time with her dog.
