Senior Project Engineer
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Property Management from UW-Stout, Lucas entered the construction industry in 2018, working for a nationwide retail construction firm. Over the years, he has developed a strong foundation in Tenant Interiors and gained comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, from pre-construction through project close-out. His passion for continuous learning led him to pursue and obtain a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, further enriching his understanding of the built environment and its sustainable development.
Lucas is particularly interested in exploring sustainability options within construction and urban development. His academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to creating more efficient, environmentally conscious spaces.
In his free time, Lucas enjoys road tripping with his wife, reading, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
