Jon Cramer serves as President of Loeffler Construction and Consulting, bringing a results-driven, high-energy, and pragmatic approach to executive leadership in the construction industry. With a strong foundation in financial and operational strategy, Jon is known for aligning teams around clear goals and driving organizational performance through streamlined processes and empowered leadership.
A graduate with honors from the University of St. Thomas, Jon combines sharp analytical thinking with exceptional communication and people skills. He’s passionate about building scalable systems that enhance productivity and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Before joining Loeffler, Jon held key leadership roles, including Director of Project Management for a Division 8 supplier and Chief Operating Officer for a Minneapolis-based general contractor—experiences that shaped his strategic vision and operational acumen.
Outside the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He’s also committed to fitness, keeping pace with the demands of both family life and the fast-moving construction world.
