Jaydon is known for his passion for the construction industry and keen attention to detail, making him a valuable team member for any project. He began his career with welding in the Army National Guard before transitioning to the commercial construction industry, where he specializes in federal, K-12 education, and higher education projects.
Outside of work, Jaydon is a fan of all things outdoors, whether it’s hunting, ice fishing, downhill skiing, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.
