Lauralee Blahnik

With over 20 years of experience as a Project Coordinator and Office Manager in the Twin Cities flooring industry, Lauralee brings a calm, organized approach and an understanding of what it takes to keep things running smoothly. She’s worked closely with contractors, clients, and teams throughout her career, and is known for her ability to keep projects on track while maintaining clear communication and a positive, can-do attitude.

Outside of work, Lauralee embraces everything Minnesota has to offer. From snowmobiling in the winter to camping, concerts and biking in the warmer months, she’s always ready for her next "adventure"—especially with her husband by her side. When she’s not outdoors, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or catching up on the latest series with her dog, Gemma.
