Jake Stillman

Jake developed a passion for construction at an early age, growing up in a family with backgrounds in architecture, civil engineering, and interior design. Inspired by the process of transforming ideas into completed spaces, he built a career centered on teamwork, problem solving, and delivering successful projects.

Before joining Loeffler, Jake served as an Assistant General Manager, where he strengthened his leadership, operational, and communication skills while leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Today, he applies those strengths in the field, working closely with trade partners to maintain project schedules, uphold jobsite safety, and proactively address challenges before they impact progress.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
