Trillium Woods a new LifeCare CCRC retirement community designed for adults age 62 and older, is built on 46 acres along a new extension of Cheshire Parkway with hilly woodlands, wetlands, lake and golf course views. Trillium Woods’ amenities include an indoor pool, exercise areas for aerobics and strength training, a library, auditorium, and multiple dining venues. The community offers 14 residential floor plans for 195 semi-custom apartments, 22 assisted living units, 45 skilled care units, 15 memory care units and 14 garden homes.
Trillium Woods is the only LEED-certified retirement community in the Minneapolis area, making it one of a handful of communities in the U.S. that adheres to nationally established “green” building standards.
