When Total Hockey Minnesota was looking to relocate their business to a location more convenient to their customers, they were in need of a construction partner that was capable of completing heavy structural work that could meet a tight timeline. Loeffler began working for Total Hockey in the fall of 2016, starting with budgeting the structural modifications to an existing building. Four 62′ 12,000 lbs. steel beams were installed to provide enough structural support to hold up the roof and allow the rink to be playable on.

In addition to the structural work, a new HVAC system and new light fixtures were retrofitted for the new use as a hockey arena. Loeffler also added four new team locker rooms, a couple of rooms for coaches only, two restrooms and a room to store the Zamboni. Players and parents alike are happy to have Total Hockey up and running as their training facility.
