McKinley Elementary

Loeffler Construction & Consulting provided Wold Architects and Engineers with a Design-Development and Construction Document estimate. Demolition of existing areas in the school including interior partitions and finishes opened the floor for the new construction. The project included a gymnasium addition with a full sized basketball court, art classrooms addition, and interior renovations of the existing school. Along with the addition of a gymnasium and art rooms, a new secure vestibule was constructed to meet the codes for elementary schools. New mechanical and electrical systems were incorporated as well as providing new ADA compliant restroom facilities.
