Artspace Hastings River Lofts

Artspace Hastings River Lofts is a 49,000 SF, mixed-use project located along the Mississippi River in Downtown Hastings. The building contains 37 low-income apartments, along with an art gallery and retails spaces on first floor. The units are geared towards aspiring artists in the area, providing a place where they can both live and work.

Mino Oski Ain Dah Yung

The Mino Oski Ain Dah Yung will be a 42-unit supportive housing project on University Avenue in St. Paul geared toward homeless, American Indian young adults between 18 and 24.

Magic City Artspace Lofts

The City of Minot invited Artspace to build a new 34-unit artist live/work development at the corner of Central Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown Minot, North Dakota. This $9.5 Million dollar development includes three commercial / retail spaces on the first floor.

Aeon Portfolio Preservation

The project includes substantial renovation of 10 affordable housing projects in the Elliott Park and Loring Park neighborhoods of downtown Minneapolis. As part of the project, 566 existing occupied units were rehabbed as well as 16 new units.

Anishinabe Bii Gii Wiin

The Anishinabe Wakiagun Building was originally built in 1995 and is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The American Indian Community Development Corporation (AICDC) along with the Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) decided the Wakiagun Building needed an upgrade and addition.

Mingle Showroom

The Mingle showroom offers over 100 fully decorated spaces featuring innovative products, finishes, and solutions. The showroom includes 25,000 SF dedicated to kitchens, living rooms, bath rooms and dining rooms.

Piccadilly Square

The project included construction of a new, $11,000,000 senior housing complex. The building consists of 79 senior housing apartments, constructed out of wood framing over top of a pre-cast concrete and masonry underground parking garage.

Trillium Woods Luxury Apartments

Trillium Woods is a LifeCare CCRC retirement community designed for adults age 55 and older. It is located on 46 acres and built along a new extension of Cheshire Parkway with hilly woodlands, wetlands, lake and golf course views. The community offers 14 residential floor plans for 195 semi-custom apartments ranging from 600 SF single bedroom units to 1,800 SF three bedroom units. The luxury apartments are accompanied by underground parking, a full commons area including an indoor pool, exercise areas for aerobics, a library, an auditorium and multiple dining venues which are available to the residents.
